Sorry to post it here but can someone who has contacts within Optus message
me? I ported my number yesterday over to Optus I thought my phone used eSIM
(it does not sadly) so I had a bunch of prepaid SIM cards here I got Optus
to port my number to that nothing is working at all I am now upto 6 hours
on the live chat trying to deal with Optus and I keep going around in
circles
