The vast majority (if not all) fs.com products are registered for use in 
Australia. Whether or not the C-Tick should be printed on a module that goes 
inside a device can only be answered by paying for the standard 
<https://www.standards.govt.nz/shop/asnzs-4417-22020/>. (And no thank you, the 
DRM that comes with AS/NZS standards makes them unusable. Standards should be 
free.)

If you ever have a question about whether a product is registered & sold by a 
responsible supplier in Australia or New Zealand (it's a harmonised system), 
just check with ERAC <https://equipment.erac.gov.au/>. For fs.com, you can 
search on E7676 & you'll find every conceivable model of transceiver, direct 
attach cable, media converter, ethernet switch, etc. here.
