I agree with this proposal. I am again very sorry for bringing this up
again, the QNX functions didn't turn up in my initial search for these
function names. Another good reason for not adopting the QNX signatures is
that they do not easily extend to reporting the terminal resolution in
pixels if that is desired by implementations or a future issue of IEEE
1003.1.
