Yes, if you interpret illumos's EAGAIN case to be distinct from
"insufficient storage space is available." To me, it doesn't feel any
different, but I can see how others would feel otherwise.

If I saw Don's suggested wording
(https://www.austingroupbugs.net/view.php?id=1387#c4915) in the standard, then I
would interpret "insufficient storage space is available" more narrowly
than I do now.
