I replied to Geoff's most recent message, but because of the Reply-To this list insists in inserting, my mailer's policy of believing that Reply-To means what it says, and by default, complying with that request and that, in this case, I forgot to override it, the message wasn't sent to the list.
I no longer have a copy, I don't keep e-mail I send in the ordinary course of events (when it is to a list, the list generally sends it back anyway). I have advised Geoff that he can forward the message I sent him to the list if he desires. In any case, it is fine to reply to that message on the list, and quote any parts appropriate. That is, the message was not intended to be private (but was too long to recreate). kre
