* General news

Current status on the IEEE balloting group formation is we have 12
participants and the group is balanced.  The closing date for sign
for IEEE balloting is 18th February (note to all that this is not
a requirement, but an option and aimed at IEEE members).

Nick reported after the meeting that the ISO CIB ballot closes on
10th February.
