Summary: Replace at-sign with <commercial-at>
Description:
Lines 104749 and 104753 describe structurally same characters but look
differently:
> contains an at-sign
> contains a <plus-sign>
Since both refer to characters, they should both use angle quotes.
Section 6.1 'Portable Character Set' lists the official name for '@' as
'commercial-at'.
That name should be used in the few places where the '@' is used in
utilities. (I only found it in ls and make.)
Desired Action:
Replace 'at-sign' with the standard cross reference for characters, of the
form:
<blockquote><commercial-at> ('@')</blockquote>
