The next meeting on the 26th February will be a webex meeting.
The IEEE recirculation is still underway and ends on February 26.
The Open Group Sanity review is underway and ends on March 8th.

Paul took an action to submit an issue to start making daylight, timezone and
tzname obsolescent.
