[authors] OOoAuthors may not load for awhile

We may experience a period of time when the OOoAuthors website may not 
load, because I moved the domain name from one registrar to another 
and the domain name servers haven't been updated yet.

If anyone needs a file, I probably have a copy and can send it 
directly to you. Sorry about the inconvenience.
