Both PDFs are enabled by Adobe Acrobat Pro for Adobe "review and comment" functions, whereby any user can make editing markup directly upon the PDFs using only the simple Adobe Reader. Some reviewers/editors might see if that PDF-markup capability is useful or not. I parked them as an attachment in my somewhat dormant technical-editor forum, so that any comments there need not interfere with the e-mail listing.
