[authors] Chapter template

     As I begin work on chapter 4 of the Base Guide filling in the 
blanks in the document's properties, I noticed the outdated email 
address. I'm thinking that two things can be done about it: (1) everyone 
who has the chapter template correct their copy of the template, and 
(2)someone update the email address in the template on the OOo Author's 
website. Each of us updating our copy of the template will save us from 
having to change the address each time we begin writing a new chapter. 
When the website chapter template is corrected, new people will had the 
correct address each time they begin writing a new chapter.
     Just a thought. And we might want to update the address in the 
chapters we have already written.
