When I next regenerate the book (probably this weekend), I'll try to
make the watermark a bit less obtrusive. Meanwhile, the individual
chapter files are not watermarked, so you could use them instead.
The watermark is there because someone has been taking our free PDFs
and using them to create printed books which they are selling on
Amazon.com without returning any money to the OOo community. We
publish a printed version of the book through Lulu.com, but not yet
through Amazon.com (long story as to why).
BTW, I'll be updating the WG on Lulu.com soon (this weekend, I hope).
