I've started a discussion on [email protected] about
producing and distributing the printed copies of our books, and the
money raised from those books. If you are not already subscribed to
that list, I encourage you to do so. I don't want the discussion
fragmented over two lists, and IMO it properly belong there, being
more about policy than the actual writing/editing/reviewing work.
I've only written one note so far, but I'm working on another, so you
haven't missed much if you aren't already there.
