If the cure I just sent in another note doesn't work, or if you continue to have problems, just do what you can and I'll fix it. I've fixed so many of these, I can almost do them in my sleep. :-)
BTW, numbered lists and some other formatting will often muck up when change tracking is in use, especially when material is deleted. Sometimes the formatting fixes itself when the changes are accepted or rejected, but often it doesn't. This is related to the way OOo chooses which paragraph style to apply to what's left. I forget the technical details. (I really should add something about this, with examples, to the Writer Guide.)
