There was some discussion about this on the list a couple of weeks ago, which I don't have time to look up. The info provided in that discussion needs to be put on the wiki (along with lots of other updates that have been made to the ODTs/PDFs but not yet to the wiki) but the discussion also raised some questions that have not yet been answered.
