I don't know what was causing problems for you when uploading the file, but its size means that it could take several minutes to complete uploading. Today I have an internet connection for the first time since Monday, so I uploaded your file to the Calc Feedback folder. I was a bit surprised that no one else did that, since you had sent the file to the entire list. A reminder to all to please DO NOT send attachments to the list. If you want to send a file directly to someone such as me, DO NOT reply to a message from the list to do it, because then it goes to the entire list.
