I updated the published copy, and uploaded it to

Added material on Navigator master view, to prevent confusion;
apparently, even in a new master document, Navigator now comes up in
"regular" view, and must be toggled to "master" view to use those
features (for inserting subdocuments). Wiki updated, too.
Note: the published version has active changes still in it. I just added
some more.
