TJ, Nino, & Clayton Really great help here. I tried to review the style guides etc. before starting but the back & forth of drafting is the only way to pick up a lot of it (I need to remember this is a composition instructor).
I have now tried to make all these edits. My questions / comments 1. TJ -- In formatting the commands & user input, I'm not sure I classified everything correctly. Did I have any user-typed stuff--I think I separated the menu commands from the keystrokes correctly. 2. TJ/Nino--Hurrah! I think the outline is now correct, though Nino's idea about a screenshot is not bad. Can you help me by suggesting an open source screen shot program?. My son recommended one, but it's for Linux and I'm on Windows. 3. Clayton -- Many thanks. I took your suggestions, but eliminated the 'Caution' after reading the style guide, and I turned it into a tip. I didn't see a template for 'tip'. ALL What is the 'summary' box for at the bottom of the edit screen? Can anyone link me to a well-written, comprehensive published FAQ that I can post to remind myself of the formatting issues? I don't see a whole lot of FAQ pages on the Needs Rework page, but will tackle the ones I can answer. If FAQs are NOT on the reworked page, does that mean they've been recently reworked? I've been looking through the user forums as Jean suggested to get some ideas for new questions. TJ -- I'm in awe of your admirable AC-less appreciation of the weather. in awe. Lisa
