I have found a wrong reference to the first figure in Calc chapter 2. It is given as Fig 24 but should be Fig 23. The actual figure is numbered correctly(last figure in chap 1 is Fig 22).
How do you want me to deal with these errors? Should I report them on the fly (which would rather clutter up the mailing list) or save them up in a file and send it when I'm finished?
