Hi Try downloading a free screencast tool. It will capture the image for you, rather than relying on old methods. Plus it may give you more control as you can set it to take the immediate screen, region on your desktop, etc. I use TNT v 2.1 (which is free to download and use) and then use GIMP or another imaging tool to add call out lines or sharpen it up, but there are others out there you may prefer to use. You just need to do a search using your search engine. I'm sure there are plenty of open source screen capture tools out there too.
