Hello everyone,
I'm a help desk analyst at a university in NYC and a part-time online
technical writing student, though I'm not currently enrolled in classes.
I just joined the OOoAuthors team today in order to gain experience
writing documentation and build a portfolio. There seems to be a lot to
wade through here. I'd like to request an author role so I can begin to
dig in. Any help or guidance on a good place to start would be
appreciated. I'd prefer to start small, if possible. I look forward to
working with all of you.
