I'm continually finding errors in chapters I've revised because I've looked at most of the chapters so many times that I don't really see them any more. Also, they do need checking to see if some change in the program has slipped by me. BTW, Ch1 has a lot of links to web pages, which need checking -- and we are changing our style to have all the links visible (not hidden behind text), in response to requests from the many people who print out the PDFs. I may have missed some.
