Hi Authors,

In the section "The advantages of OpenOffice.org" in the Guide - Getting
Started with OpenOffice.org 3.x (and perhaps 2.x), for the examples of
languages as example for RTL languages Hindi is quoted as an example:

Extensive language support. OOo's user interface is available in over 40
languages, and the OOo project provides spelling, hyphenation, and thesaurus
dictionaries in over 70 languages and dialects. OOo also provides support for
both Complex Text Layout (CTL) and Right to Left (RTL) layout languages (such
as Hindi, Hebrew, and Arabic).

This is inaccurate as Hindi, the Standard Hindi or its derivatives are usually
written using Devanagari script (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Devanagari) which
is LTR. Only Urdu, is written using Persian script which is RTL. The language
Hindustani or Hindu-Urdu can be written in both the scripts.

Thanks,
Vijay Govind
