Not Clayton but I can get you stated. The most recent "discussion" was

I have used the wiki and user guide steps and for the most part they
work. I think the problem here is the printer, but still working on it.

I didn't have a chance to link the email discussion when I added the task
yesterday - sorry about that.
Basically, it's as Andy stated... there's a lot of confusion and question
surrounding printing envelopes in OOo, and many comments about how the
documentation could be better, is misleading, is inaccurate etc. I don't know
if it's as good as we can make it, or if there is room for improvement... I'm
guessing like with all docs, there's a chance to make it better here :-)
So... it's a specific task that one of the authors here can pick up on... it'll
take some research to get it sorted, and I'll help out where I can (eg taking
clear questions to the developers).
