I've put Ch2 of the Getting Started guide back in the feedback folder (sorry it took forever); all of the screenshots have been replaced, except for the final one. That one is supposed to illustrate an email option submenu that is only available to Linux users...neither of my (OSX and Windows) OOo versions were able to show the menu correctly. Hopefully someone here with a Linux system will have better luck.
