The reshuffling of contents and user focus would definitely bring an aspect of  
coherent and ease of use to the user guide.  The Case Studies in section 5 of 
my  proposed outline for chapter 1 should only be highlights of the examples 
used within the user guide to demonstrate how Base is being applied in real 
life situations. 
I would like to have some space to rethink about my future. For this reason, it 
would be wise to clear my desk so that I am free to refocus. It has been a 
brief encounter with the OOo team, and I wish you all the very best.
