Short answer: yes. Now that several people are working on reviews and Hazel is doing her excellent copy-editing pass after the reviewers are done, I'm pushing the publishing deadline out another week. My drop-dead deadline is Wed, Oct 27, because on Thursday I go away for a week. I really want it done before then! Of course, the sooner that reviewers finish and Michele and I can go through the reviews, the sooner that Hazel can tackle the chapters and do her bit. When we're all on a roll, as a team we can get through a lot fairly quickly.
