Radek, the person driving the Base Guide is Dan Lewis, with various
people contributing. I believe Dan is in the process of revising
Chapters 1, 2, and 3 based on recent feedback, so they are not on the
Review List, but of course you can take a copy to read them. As well as
some restructuring, you'll notice that serious copyediting is needed
(some contributors have English as a second or third language), but
we'll worry about that after Dan's revisions. He is also well into
writing Chapter 4.

You might consider working on chapters 5 onward. Expanding the outline
with more detail would be a good first step. And do liaise with Dan; I'm
not sure how much work he may have already put into the other chapters
that hasn't found its way back to the outline on the website.
