Hello Jean, I will accept Nicole's comments later today and place chapter 3 in the drafts, though as I will need to make some big changes in a couple of sections to make the text clearer it would be good if you could take a look at my proposals. As for the other chapters, thanks for taking care of reviewing them! With these last adjustments we should be in the position of putting together the book.
