I should learn too, so I can act as the admin of last resort if no one
else is available. I know about a few standard admin things (as do most
of the other people with standard admin privileges) but not the *system
admin* stuff that lets you really bugger up the website if you're not
careful (and therefore, AFAIK, requires even more site privileges than I
have).

Ideally we would have someone in each of 3 major parts of the world, to
cover when the others are asleep or at work as well as general
unavailability. I'm in Australia, Andrew is somewhere in the USA, and
Rachel -- where are you? Having someone in Europe/UK would be ideal.
