I found rather a lot of errors in this chapter so I am sending them "under separate cover".
p.286. "Free eBook Edition" overlays figure. There is also a note at the bottom of the page about getting an editable version of the user guide: this does not belong here! p.269-271. List starts as bulleted, then becomes a numbered list on the next page. I think these two numbered options (4 & 5) and the two on p.271 (6 & 7) should be options 1-4 of a new list. p.275. Two number 8's in one list! p.281. Bad cross-reference to Fig.385. Should be 391. p.282. Bad cross-reference to Fig.381. Should be 392. p.283. Bad cross-reference to Fig.380. Should be 393. In addition, there seems to be some inconsistency in the extent to which figures are given captions and numbers. Some captioned figures are smaller than some uncaptioned ones.
