The ODT and PDF of the full Getting Started with OOo 3.3 book are now available on the OOoAuthors website and the PDF is on the OOo Docs wiki.
On the OOoAuthors website are also two zip files, one containing all the chapter files in PDF and the other containing all the ODT chapter files plus the master doc (ODM). All are in this folder: http://www.oooauthors.org/english/userguide3/gs3/V3_3_revisions I made last-minute changes to chapters 1, 3, 4, and 10.
