This chapter has been updated. There are now some extra sections which don't show up in the contents blocks; I don't know how to alter these.
I have found two errors in the pdf which should be corrected. 1) On p.16, there is "applie" instead of "applies". 2) On p.32 the list of errors appears to be confused. 525 is used twice, once for the same error as 502.
