I've made major updates and revisions to this chapter, including adding a section on the document properties dialog, which wasn't covered anywhere in the book as far as I can tell.
The chapter is now on the Review List, ready for someone to give a thorough testing to see if it's all correct. I'm moving on to Chapter 2. I've updated the Task List on the wiki. Others are welcome to work on other chapters, including any that are not on the list needing revision of contents. All need to be put into the new template. (Do this using the Template Changer extension, please.) Aside: As usual, while updating this book I'm finding changes that need to be made to the Getting Started with Calc chapter.
