[authors] Calc 3.3 feedback folder?

I have finished Chapter 1 of the Calc guide. Just a couple updates. Wasn't sure 
if there was a new folder for the feedback. I went ahead and added to CG3 
folder. Let me know if I should put it somewhere else.
