Dear sirs On Page 15 the section headed “Printing” would I think be better headed “Printing Mailing Labels (as it was in previous editions and it would avoid possible confusion with “Printing Envelopes on page 16)
Also in section 15 there are references to Figures 12 & 13 which appear elsewhere in the document and do not bear any resemblance to the actual screens. Chapter 11 Using Mail Merge for OO 3.2 In similar vein to the above comments for v 3.3 there are errors at Page 16 at the foot of the page, in that Figure 13 does not appear in the section. Also in this version underneath sub-paragraph f, I think that the words “The labels are now ready to be printed” should be preceded with a paragraph no 7, as it did in previous editions (otherwise the reference in the first paragraph of 6 on page 15 has no destination). Also the following 2 paragraphs should be numbered 8 & 9 (not 2 & 3).
