I'm using m101 on ubuntu (debian) on a 64 bit PC with no problems. The
same is true for a 32 bit laptop using ubuntu.
The last two (m99 and m100) would crash most of the time within a
minute of starting the the program on both platforms.
So, perhaps the problem is with the windows version.
