Ok, maybe it is me. Other files from the site open fine. When I open
or download and open the Base related files the bottom status bar shows
two things. It shows HTML as the Page style and visual-portal-wrapper
on the left near the Page view icons. I am going to try and attach a
copy of a screen show but if that does not work you can find a copy at [1].
