Hi Vivian
I had a quick look at this FAQ. Someone has marked it as outdated with the
comment "- This doesn't apply to the following versions: 3.2 ".
I had a writer file with a ToC and I tried to compare it with another. The
process worked and I had a list of differences in the accept or reject
changes. So it seems that this one is busted, at least on LibreOffice 3.4.
I then tried to merge two documents using Edit Changes Merge Document. I
could get as far as selecting the document to merge but it failed saying
"Could not merge documents". There was no reason given. Whether this
related to the two documents I used (versions of a technical proposal I
have just finished writing) I do not know.
I would be tempted to give this FAQ a miss and try another one! ;=)
kind regards
Martin
