I've been through Martin's update of this chapter and applied the new (3.3) template. I also replaced a bunch of figures with ones that Michele Zarri had done for the Draw chapter in Getting Started. Some old figures remain that need to be replaced, for example those with both old icons and the old style of labels (new style is to label with numbers and put the words in a table below). The chapter is on the review list.
