Hazel, I don't have any record of you having edited the v3.3 version of
Chapter 8 (Slides, Notes, Handouts). Did I miss it?

Well, you put a descriptive note on it saying "incorporates HR's edits" or
something to that effect, so I assume I must have done it. I admit I don't
clearly remember it but then my memory is pretty lousy.
