p.131 (internal pagination): Table badly formatted. Vertical separator only goes half-way up. p. 139 (ditto): Mentions chapter on Creating Graphic Objects. It's actually called "Managing Graphic Objects". The terms "graphics style" and "graphic style" are used indiscriminately in the section beginning on p.139.
