[authors] "Working with Styles" in Getting Started Guide V2 published

I've published the pre-release chapter "Working with Styles" in the Getting 
Started Guide. This chapter is a general introduction to styles in all the 
OOo components, and is intended to complement chapters in the individual 
guides such as Writer, which go into more detail about the use of styles in 
specific components..

The pre-release chapter has one unwritten section, about the new feature of 
assinging styles to keyboard shortcuts. This feature wasn't working in the 
1.9.x software I used when writing the chapter, although it's possible it's 
working now (in 1.9.71).  I have left a note in the file to remind me to 
fill in that section closer to release date.
