Looking at some of the published v1 chapter in PDF format, I find it
very difficult to use them, because the page numbers in Adobe don't
line up with the doc.
I believe this is because of the ii labels for the title page and
such. I would like to recommend that we either have all pages labeled
as 1,2,3, or can we have what we currently label as page 1 start to be
labeled page 5. This would, I think, make it line up with what the
pages are called in adobe.
Some might say that as long as we have bookmarks and links it will be
okay, but I think a lot of people just look at the TOC and then type
the page number into the page number box on the bottom.
Just a thought.
I can change the PDFs so the i, ii, iii pages show up in Acrobat Reader
as i, ii, iii, and the 1,2,3 pages show up with the correct page number,
and when you type it in the page number box then you go to the correct
page. At least that will work in recent versions of Reader on Windows. I
have no idea if it will work in any other PDF viewer, though.

I think that would be awesome!
