I have uploaded "What is OOo?" for review...this version is a major rewrite from what I originally received. Off-list mail suggested a few things and now it is 21 pages. The text is dense, which is good because it is easier to edit out than edit in...for me at least.
Don't try to do much grammar or spell checking, as I know some of this is rough from my cutting and pasting. I am looking for guidance on the heading (or document) structure, and whether any text should be shortened, simplified, moved or deleted. Also the Feature comparison tables have extra rows for you to add features you may think I overlooked. There are several Notes so watch for them. The images of the components should probably not stay??? I added sections on Getting the software, system requirements and tech support. I know these are covered elsewhere in detail, but they seem to fit here...the context and content is very different. ***Please, let me know of any factual or technical errors!!! After some initial feed back I can edit this to a near final state quickly.
