I'm doing a _complete_ rewrite. In a nutshell, I am throwing out
_everything_ in the current tutorial.

The new document chapters are:
i) Configuring OOo.
ii) Style Options and what they affect.
iii) Left to Right Writing Systems
iv) Semitic Writing Systems
v) Indic Valley Writing Systems
vi) CJK
vii) Mongolian and related writing systems.
viii) Other Writing Systems.
ix) Biblical Languages
x) African Languages
xi) First Nation Languages.
xii) Conlangs
xiii) OOo as an L10N Project.
