One thing at a time. We can talk about that when all of the following have
happened:
* We finish the design of the template.
* We finish the migration to a new license.
* OOo 2.0 is realiable enough that we won't be cutting people off by
changing formats.
None of those things have happened yet. For example, not long ago I tried to
install OOo 2.0beta and the program kept crashing after the splash screen. I
spent a while on IRC talking to developers about it, and eventually they fixed
it enough so it wouldn't crash. At that point, this is what I got:

So... we won't be changing formats for a while.
