Peter, Workbook and Worksheet are fine with me since they are "standard" electronic spreadsheet terms. If we opt to use Workbook and Sheet we will continue to use non-standard terms.
The question is, "Do we want to use standard spreadsheet terminology?" My vote is for Workbook and Worksheet...
