This will be the copyright for the OOoAuthors User Guide version 2.

If you agree to release all your contributions to the User Guide 2 under
these terms, please respond to this email and indicate so. Respond to the
list, so the response goes into the archive. Please say something more
complete than "+1". We don't need to make it overly formal. Just saying
"yes, I agree" will do.
