Thanks for checking.
I left the change marks in so people could see what I had added since
the last time I uploaded the file. The changes should be all in my name
or maybe Ian Laurenson's. If the file has a large section on page
numbering (not just a page or two) it should be the right file. The file
name discrepancy is probably just user error on my part.
